Marilyn Beyer is a seminarian at Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary. She is mother of two boys, Alan and Ryan. Her passions in ministry include preaching, teaching and visitation. Marilyn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, photography and writing poetry.

Sami Wertz is a first year seminarian at the Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary. She is a recent graduate of Grove City College located near Pittsburgh, PA (BA Biblical and Religious Studies ’11) She enjoys playing racquetball and tennis, swing and ballroom dancing, and spending time with friends in her spare time. Her passions for ministry include biblical studies and community outreach.
