Youth

LCY is a place for youth in middle school and high school to walk with the Living Christ through service, activities, fellowship and worship. Most Sundays we meet at 6:00 P.M. in the Assembly Room for dinner and have Middle School and High School activities at 6:30 P.M.

The youth assist in all worship services, serving as acolytes, crucifers, torch bearers, banner bearers, Bible bearers and lectors. They add music, as well, participating in Youth Choir and handbell choirs. Mt. Tabor's youth are actively engaged in learning about their church, their community and their world. Confirmation studies help them see how an active faith can impact their lives and the world around them.
